Taronga Zoo Sydney is looking for an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join our Taronga Training Institute team!

 

Help bring learning to life at the Taronga Training Institute. Support the coordination of student enquiries, enrolments, surveys, course administration, training delivery and system management while providing administrative support across the Taronga Training Institute.

 

About the Role…

Provide high-quality administrative support for the Taronga Training Institute, delivering efficient course and student administration, accurate records management, responsive customer service and staff support that enables quality training delivery, regulatory compliance and a positive student experience.

 

Key Accountabilities…

· Support the TTI Administration & Enrolments Officer with responses to TTI inbox enquiries.

· Manage the release, analysis and reporting of student survey results across all courses and all TTI delivery sites to support continuous improvement.

· Support the TTI Administration & Enrolments Officer with course application process for all cohorts.

· Support the TTI Administration & Enrolments Officer to ensure the website is up to date.

· Creates and maintains data in the Student Management System / Learning Management System including student data and class schedules.

· Provide administrative support to the wider TTI team and assisting with coordinating delivery of training to support the effective operation of the Taronga Training Institute.

· Provide support to the TTI Manager and undertake special projects as required.

· Coordinate Short Course delivery and associated administration.

 

About You…

We are looking for candidates that have:

Key knowledge and experience

· Demonstrated experience in administrative support.

· Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and demonstrated ability to learn new software programs.

Essential requirements

· Obtain and maintain a current paid NSW Working with Children Check at own expense.
