No two days will be the same, and you’ll be right in the centre of the action.

If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, enjoy supporting others and are keen to build your WHS career, this could be the perfect next step.

  • Maintain WHS files and records, update spreadsheets, coordinate first aid stock ordering and disribution, organise meetings, take minutes and prepare basic correspondence.

  • Extract and check information from SafetyCulture™ and Riskware™ (training provided) and provide simple system support to staff, escalating issues when required.

  • Support staff access to WHS information by uploading documents to shared platforms, ensuring materials are current, and directing staff to the correct procedures and forms.

  • Assist with sourcing, coordinating and tracking WHS compliance training to support participation across teams.
